Ordered 3 truck loads of rocks and was given a quote that beat competitors by $250. WE TOLD THEM THIS AND BOOKED THEM. We scheduled the delivery with them- hired workers- had family fly in from across the country, everyone took off work for two weeks, booked an excavator and had it delivered. We are here this morning ready for action supply who arrived with 3 trucks of rock and they are telling us the price changed to an additional $1300. They said they dont keep quotes on file and we can either take it or leave it. The owner called us and we said we just want the price we were quoted and he basically said if you dont want it - call someone else. Obviously no one else can deliver three dump trucks of rock the same day, so we are screwed and have to pay them. They even pulled the call where the guy who quoted us, said the price we were expecting to pay, but they are saying that doesnt include all their fees which is an additional 25%. Why would we order three dump trucks of rock and leave out the price to get it to our door? They say the extra 25% was truck fees, gas fees, delivery fees, taxes, credit card surcharges---all this stuff they are saying equates to the new price. They wouldnt budge literally a *****. They could positively care less. Dealing with them has been a nightmare. We know four people who are about to do the same landscaping project and they are all pulling their business from this company for fear of this bait and switch. Wish we had seen their terrible reviews prior. Hoping this will help the next consumer avoid this place.
