Customer understands that the deposit(s)/fee(s) represent only a portion of the total estimated moving charges, and that the deposit(s)/fee(s) are only refundable minus an 200$ cancelation fee if at least 5 business days prior to the original pack or load dates (whichever applies) listed on the estimate/order for service. Date changes do not nullify nor extend the cancellation agreement or time frame from the original dates. Deposits are taken to reserve space for your shipment on an available truck. Once your move is scheduled, space is reserved with a carrier, and truck routes are determined. The cancellation policy is in place to compensate carriers for losses resulting from such cancellations. Deposits may be used or applied as a deposit on a future move as long as the move is picked up within (12) months of the initial deposit date, and are still a move that is arranged by Pricing Vanlines.
In order to be eligeble for a refund, customer has to notify by telephone at 833-255-8267 or emai at info@[email protected] of his/her intent to cancel the contract.
All credit card refunds are processed for your next billing statement. Failure to comply with this cancellation and refund policy shall result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit(s)/fee(s) paid.
