      I purchased a a combination espresso and coffee maker from Delonghi in December 17, 2022. Immediately, I noticed the espresso machine side was leaking a lot. I contacted them immediately via chat and they said to give it a few months then contact them back. A few months later, I complained about it again (as it never stopped leaking) and even sent them a video of the problem. They immediately sent me a replacement coffee maker. A few months later, I noticed the espresso was leaking again, but I let it go, until the actual drip coffee maker completely stopped working. I took very good care of this machine, cleaning it regularly, descaling it regularly, and it just stopped working. I sent them a message again and 2 videos of the machine not working. After weeks of waiting, they are claiming it's no longer in the warranty period. The warranty period is a year. I have only had this new machine for a few months. They are refusing to help me and now I'm out $330.69. Also, I wonder if they were trying to get me out of the warranty by making me wait months rather than fixing the issue initially when I complained about it. Please help resolve this. $330.69 is a lot of money for me, especially for a coffee maker that didn't last very long. Thank you.

      I bought a DeLonghi ************* machine from ******** Sonoma, some time in January. After a couple of refills with coffee beans the machine shows a message to fill ******** container, over and over again. We called DeLonghi customer service, as we were advised by ********************* at the moment of purchase. (After the sale ******** Sonoma is not of any assistance). **************** offered a couple of cleaning tips(they checked we use the proper beans, not oily, asked us to clean the grinder according to the instructions) and since those did not work, they advised us to open a ticket. Which we did. Several! Only they failed to honor those tickets over and over again, just like their stuck grinder! They didn't mail any promised labels, they didn't not follow up on any of the calls, nor tickets. There are $50.00 machines out there that brew coffee and they manage to provide excellent customer service in that $50.00 price! If they can, so should you DeLonghi and ******** Sonoma!! Since when is common practice not to stand behind your products?You can not sell a $2000.00 machine that gets stuck so easily (and no, we didn't use flavoured or "oily" beans) , not provide a way to maintain the grinder clean and expect your customers to send the machine to service locations, every couple of weeks. Just getting to talk you is a pain. The book you provide is useless in this situation and so is your website. It is time consuming and quite irritating. Only now, I got a machine that doesn't grind and a promise that is not kept on your end and you got $2000.00 in return for all of this. Call it as you wish, but this is not what "doing business" means, DeLonghi and ******** Sonoma. This is by far the most bitter experience in a very long, long time.
