    I am filing this complaint regarding a small countertop oven purchased through ****** (Order #*******************) and manufactured by Galanz (Galanz Americas Limited Company).

    After only a few uses, the oven’s glass door shattered without warning, posing a serious safety hazard. I was nearly injured by the sudden explosion of the glass.

    When I attempted to contact the company, I found that the product had already been discontinued and removed from their website, along with all previous product reviews. I tried to reach customer service by phone and email, but received no meaningful assistance. I was simply told that the warranty had expired and therefore they would not take responsibility for the issue.

    This is not merely a warranty matter — it is a product quality and safety issue. A glass door on a heating appliance should not spontaneously shatter under normal use, especially after only minimal usage. The company’s refusal to provide repair options, replacement, or any support is unacceptable.

    I am a student and did not even use the oven frequently. I now have an unsafe, unusable product, and no way to resolve the issue directly with the manufacturer. I believe other consumers are also at risk, especially since the product was removed so quickly after being sold.

    I request one of the following:
    1. A full refund for the product
    2. Or a replacement unit that is safe and properly supported
    3. And a clear response from the company acknowledging the product defect

    Hello.I bought a microwave from the Beautiful brand by **** ********* from ******* about 2.5 years ago. The company that manufactures the microwave is called Galanz Americas; After only 2.5 years, the microwave has completely rusted inside. When I reached out the company, I was told that the product was out of warranty and there was nothing they could do.I escalated the issue and a manager called ***** *****, on Friday 4/25. He told me he would call me back on the following Monday, but it's been a week, and I still haven't heard from them.I could understand if a component inside the microwave went bad and needed replacing. But a microwave should not rust, especially after 2.5 years of use. A microwave has a lifespam of about 7-10 years, and for this microwave to have all of this rust after only 2.5 years is an insult to customers. Not to mention all the health issues that can come with using a product that has rust on it.The microwave had a full cost of $160. All I asked from the company was a refund in the amount of $80, which would put both me and the company at a bit of a loss, but I was willing to accept it.

    Bought a standup freezer unit from ****** Upper section of unit stopped working about ******* into ownership which feel outside the ****** Return window so ****** facilitated a conversation with the supplier (Galanz). They asked if I wanted it fixed or a refund, I said I would like to have it fixed. Back and forth of follow *** to try and get some kind of ETA and nothing happened. Then when I said I just wanted a refund they tried to get something set up which was fine, another month goes by with nothing back from them Eventually I gave up waiting and bought a new unit so requested a refund, have now been waiting and going back and forth with them for over 2months and they say "We have FWD your request to the appropriate **** and have not heard back but will hear back in 24/48hrs"So I wait and call back and everytime its the same message Would love some help...Frustrated ha

    This Company sells defective products and puts on their products outdated warranty not to give out the refund on January 28,2025 my daughter purchased a ****  ********* microwave as a birthday Gift since she know that i have all her appliances that was manufacture by galanz the microwave stopped working after 3 month i tried to put a claim and was denied due to the fact that the warranty was outdated and since i did not have a receipt due to the fact that my daughter had purchased it and displaced it i tried going to ******* to see if i could get a receipt they denied it because it was purchased cash I had spoken to a claim rep which her name is Gloria W. which told to file the claim that they would do a partial refund I sent in all the images of the microwave and barcode and warranty spoke to Lisa which everybody was giving me the run around and different version but at the end they denied my refund sending me back to ******* I tried contacting the supervisor but it seems he is never there Phill m. called several time and was not there spoke to Glorias W.  too and the last rep was Allen w.  very nice gentlemen which tried to help me but he was not allowed they terry got another senior agent Terry which did not help either I need help resolving this issue they have many complaint against them due to the poor product not working and damage fast

    Buy a decent looking microwave from Galanz because it was the only size I could fine at ******* that would fit in the space I have. Get it home unbox it, plug it in to use it, put my item in for 5 minutes to heat it and after the time goes off I pull the item out and still cold. So I repeat. Still cold. I then call customer service at **********************. They want a copy of the receipt, so I provide them with the copy. They say take to *******. I take it back to ******* and get a new one. Same issue. Not heating. Contact them again. They say take it to *******. I take it back to *******. Same issue. So I ask if there is something I am doing wrong. I mean how hard is it to set a time to heat a.d push start? No response to my question. I shouldn't have to take something back to ******* a fourth time to get something done that should have been done definitely by the second time. Should be able to get a response to me emails? I even wrote them twice and said their customer service was extremely poor. Unfortunately customer service is nonexistent in ********************** nowadays, with stupid automated systems every place you call, even ******(very poor customer service with automated services), to even at *******. No one wants to help anyone.

    What if for whatever reason they do accept my return? This is an internal matter with Galanz and should be resolved by Galanz. Obviously 3 microwaves that don't work tells me that there is an issue with the product or quality control. Maybe you shouldn't let communists make your product but be Made In the ***. This is the only microwave that I have been able to find that will fit in the space that I have. Thank you

    Also since I have had too many issues with this company I have bought another microwave from another manufacturer. I am done with ever buying a Galanz product. You **** and your customer service ***** even worse!!!!

    11/25/24 I completed Galanz Customer Service questionnaire

    11/29/24 Galanz Customer Service emailed me to say they would refund my money. They advised me if I haven't received a check in 6 weeks time contact Galanz Cust Svc.
    6 weeks = 11/29/24 - 1/10/25

    1/4/25 Galanz Cust Svc via phone conversation, the bank is processing and expect a refund check in the mail. The Warranty Claim ****** was then out of their control and passed on to the bank refund department

    1/13/25 Galanz Cust Svc emailed me to state a 2nd notification was being sent to refund dept.
    1/26/25 We have received no email or letter from Galanz re: bank refund nor check amount nor ETA.

    This morning i checked my postal mail, and found a check from Galanz , under ticket ******, for the amount of $449.00.  This is the correct refund amount as it does not include the sales tax of $35.92 on the original purchase.

    Please mark this BBB claim as closed and complete as of today.  Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.  It has been since November 25, 2024.

    I purchased a Galanz 11 cu.ft convertible Upright Freezer, White Feb 6, 2024, from Home Depot for 829.99 plus tax with a total of 954.49. Oct 2024, I started having trouble with part of the freezer not working properly. I contacted Home Depot and was told to contact Galanz because it was outside the stores warranty policy, and there is a 1 year warranty through Galanz. I contacted Galanz on Oct 13, 2024, and was told the part was on back order, and a refund was the only possible resolution. I was fine with the refund and provided all the required information. Nov 9, 2024, I received the check in the mail for $829.99. Nov 10, 2024, I again contacted Galanz, wondering why I didn't receive the tax portion back. I was told they would look into the situation, and I have still not received an additional check. I contacted them again today, Jan 18, 2024, and informed them I would be contacting the BBB.

    Refrigerator stopped working. Contacted customer service on 4 December 2024/ answered their questions by email 5&6 December 2024 / contacted customer support again on 11 December, 18 December, 20 December and 27 December. Each time told that my concern has been forwarded to relevant department for service. Each email reply I receive is the same canned response. The warranty is a scam and it is likely the company has no intention of honoring it.

    I purchased a Galanz Air Fryer Oven at ******** on December 3, 2023. It came with a one-year warranty. When I tried to file a warranty claim on November 22, 2024, Galanz refused to honor the warranty. They told me that ******** was not an authorized retailer and that therefore the warranty was invalid.

    You should stand behind your products regardless of where they were purchased. It is entirely unreasonable to expect a consumer to contact the manufacturer of every item they purchase to determine whether the retailer is an authorized seller of that product. ******** is a major retailer; I did not buy this appliance on the black market or off the back of a truck. You are not doing business in good faith.
