    I purchased 7 tickets through ticketmaster for the Fiddler on the Roof performance on saturday 9/27/2025 at 7:30 pm. Due to a unforseen situation we were not able to use the tickets and contacted the Count Basie box office with more than enough time, requesting to move the seats to sundays performance. We had 7 seats in the 3rd row and simply asked to move us to ANY seats for Sunday afternoon's performance which had an incredible amount of seats still available. The person I spoke to said that they had accomodated these requests in the past but it they would have to get approval from the ticketing director, Matt L.The perrson took my information and called back and said he was being difficult for no reason to switching the tickets. I asked to speak with him directly. They would not allow me to do so, but did provide me with his contact information. I called and left 2 voicemails and never heard back.
    This is a local NJ theatre for which I have attended many events. This being an ethnic show popular with Jewish families, the tickets were for 2 jewish families with 3 young children meant to have fun. There seemingly was no reason to turn us away when so many open seats were available for the same show the next day. We ultimately transferred some tickets to another family for which only 2 were used. The tickets were originally purchased through ticketmaster and the rep I originally spoke to at the count basie theatre understood this and said that it should have been able to get done.

    i purchased ticket to see rocky horror picture show the movie, it was a horrible experience, I went last night with my kids it was horrible I thought it was a movie the cast ruined my night could not hear movie or see the screen performers very vulgar by the way blocked the screen with the props, horrible this was never mentioned in the movie description i want refund or gift certificates, gas and tolls to get there
