- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Typically do not collect a deposit and only collect payment in full upon completion of the job when you are happy. The only exception to this is large commercial projects where they sometimes require progress payments. Also offer a two year warranty for any defects so they will come back to take care of any problems free of charge within that time frame.
