    I worked with ***** Disdale at Troyan, **** on a **** matter, and my experience was extremely disappointing.While the **** was eventually certified, the process was riddled with delays, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior. Mr. ******** emails were often **** and dismissive, providing little clarity or guidance when important questions were raised. Instead of directly addressing concerns about billing discrepancies and filing errors, he repeatedly emphasized disclaimers and fees.He frequently described corrections as a professional courtesy, yet his tone made it seem as though helping clients was a burden rather than his professional responsibility. Even after the court certified the order, his instructions about next steps were vague and unhelpful, forcing me to chase down information that should have been provided clearly and ************** a legal/financial process as important as a ****, clients deserve precision, responsiveness, and professionalism. Unfortunately, I found Mr. ******** conduct to be the oppositedefensive, unclear, and dismissive. This eroded my trust in Troyan, **** and made an already stressful process even harder.I cannot recommend working with Mr. ******** and I urge others to seek a **** professional who is communicative, detail-oriented, and client-focused.
