1000 pc puzzle missing 15 pieces & had 1 duplicate piece..2 phone calls/3 emails later..given info form..filled out...never heard from company again..even contacted 2 more times! Never again! Very poor service! 04/2024

Cra-Z-Art is a corporate entity owned by another, larger corporate entity and the entire operation, from top to bottom, is a complete scam. They buy up patents for products they did not invent and then apply sleazy corporate cost-cutting measures to cheapen the products and improve their bottom line. Take Snoopy Sno Cone, for example, the classic 1980's nostalgia toy. Cra-Z-Art acquired the patent from the original owner in an attempt to bring it back to the market and make as many Snoopy ********* machines (probably in factories in *****) as possible to mass market to Gen * and Millennial parents. When my children received a Snoopy Sno Cone as a gift for the holidays I was initially thrilled. Then I realized that the color/flavoring contained flecks of silver colored paint from the strange plastic wrapper Cra-Z-Art had apparently painted to approximate foil. The color/flavor material (mostly sugar) combines with the metallic paint on its plastic wrapper to create a truly dangerous concoction for consumption - I highly doubt Cra-Z-Art has gotten *** approval to feed kids this silver paint. When I went online to purchase a replacement, I noticed that the internet was filled with this exact same complaint from many consumer....this is likely happening with every unit sold. I contacted Cra-Z-Art to discuss this issue and request appropriate replacements that would be safe for use. Here's my experience with their "customer service": initial correspondence 1/20/22 (me, explaining the situation) - subsequent emails back and forth until 4/5/22 (a total of 7 emails in which we go back and forth for months - "agent *************************" makes me submit everything (purchase data, photos, detailed report of issue) - she reassures me repeatedly that the product will be sent - on 2/24/22 she notes that the replacement parts have just arrived and then never sends them to me after I sent multiple follow up emails asking where the parts were. Worst puzzles ever will never buy this brand AGAIN ,pieces don't fit,the way it feels is someone has been playing with them before,or else cheap paper is being used

i'ved called 5 times leaving both my email and my phone number with no response to either as they do not seem to respond at all to emails from their own homepage where they direct you to go for contact. tomorrow i will be calling their parent company LaRose. and see if i can get an actual person..

I purchased a ****-piece puzzle by Cra-Z-Art licensed under ****** As I try to complete it I realize it's missing 3 pieces, and there are 2 random pieces included from what appears to be a different puzzle. I attempted to contact Cra-Z-Art by both phone and on their website (where the site certificate is out-of-date, causing a security warning), to no avail. Big surprise-made in *****.

So my girlfriend and I got this fun bath bomb kit by Cra Z Art and we were so excited. We followed to directions, for as long as our patients could allow, and decided to use our fun, strawberry scented bath bombs , and chucked them in the bath. To our dismay, the bath bomb made our bath sludge and stuck to us and our bath. When we got out, we had to scrape the residue off of ourselves with a knife. It was absolutely disgusting. If you want to get a bath bomb look somewhere else. Use Crayola or something good like that. Not this trash

You got to be kidding me.....1500 piece explore ******* and 2 duplicate pieces and 5 missing pieces! Company ***** and I will not buy anymore.

Bought puzzle by CRA-Z-ART of *************************** winter solace. I put together many puzzle before and this puzzle was by far the worse puzzle. IT came with 8 duplicate puzzle piece and 4 missing pieces. I was in shock how can a company send a puzzle with this huge mistake. Make sure not to buy CRA-Z-ART PUZZLE CAUSE THIS IS PROBABLY A COMMON ISSUE WITH THERE PUZZLE. NOTHING WORSE THAN WORKING ON A PUZZLE AND HAVE MISSING PIECES NOT ONLY THAT BUT TO PUT 8 EXTRA DUPLICATE PIECES TOO. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER CRA-Z-ART ANYTHING.

Ordered 5 puzzles on the Cra-Z-art website. today is 5/11/21. They processed my order and received their money on 4/20/21. I even paid extra for 3 day shipping. As of today I have tried contacting this company by email and phone. By phone, left two messages for no human picks up the phone.Still no contact and no puzzles. Anyone reading this review can guess that this company has lost my business totally.***** *.
