    Was sold a home security system! That was said to be the best in the market! 3300 in cost on the unit! Alarm defective from day one issue after issue cameras not working consistently issue with transmission of service request for repairs or replacements not answered Finally after they stop recovering payment did they act now they re-act 2 cameras have been replaced I requested for time of unit not working they then terminate service with out resolve of matter and or will to work with me I want to full refund of unit cost and cost of services for the passed 3 years

    I paid for a full security system from vector security the system was down and not working for months they refused to credit me back for the months not in use then the terminated my account. and refused to remove system out of my house and refund me.

The customer has agreed to allow The Poughkeepsie, ** Branch of Vector Security to service the system. Once serviced, the customer has agreed to remove or update all negative updates about Vector Security due to a misunderstanding. This customer is serviced by the ************, ** Branch of Vector Security, and is not serviced by the *********, ** Branch.
