By far thee worse business/ auto insurance and theyre taking advantage of people in need of insurance and doing absolutely NOTHING but providing a piece of paper that only means something to the police! They dont help and offer roadside like they said, you have to pay upfront then they give you a bs claim about getting money back that you never receive. They deny claims for absolutely no reason at all. Having this insurance is by far thee worse

I visited their website few days ago, and I was given a quote. I have received an email with quote, I clicked on JOIN NOW link, and I have completed the application. Before I was directed to the payment site, I have got even lower quote. I was so happy. I was going to give my card information, but I couldn't. I have received a new message on the screen. " Opps, something went wrong, please call.....this number"..It was strange. I have called the number, talked to someone, and she gave me a more higher quote. It was getting more uglier. I told her about my earliest quote, she told me to forward the quote email. I did. She looked at it, and told me " she has no clue, and she can't help me"..Completely SCAM. Stay away!!!

I made the worst mistake of paying on my policy twice. It took me over thirty days to get my refund!!! Each time I called they kept telling 7 to 10 business days. Well it had been well over 7 to 10 days over and over. I am still livid about this situation. And still had not received my money.

My car was vandalized. I called Cure sent them all the paperwork that was asked of me including police report and pictures of the vandalism. They proceeded to take a payment from me after denying my claim stating i failed to put my daughter on the application when she does not have a license or drives. Cure then dropped me from their policy with no notice. This information was given to me by the shop that repaired the car. My car damages are over ****** and my car is not stuck in the shop due to Cures unprofessionalism.

I filed a claim with CURE on May 9, 2025. It has been nearly a month with zero response. I have left voicemails, asked for email communication, but received no reply.I have now filed a formal complaint with the ************************ and Insurance. This is one of the most unresponsive and frustrating insurance experiences Ive had.

How is it that the same day that my bill is due, it is also considered late? The policies does NOT explain anything! In order for you to get a tow truck, YOU have to pay for a tow truck, mail in your receipt THEN wait up to 60 days for your reimbursement! Its honestly a surance scam to help you get by because its not real insurance.

I leased a car from ************* in 12/21. My lease is up in 12/25. In August 4, 2024 I was driving on the parkway while raining, thundering and lightening and in the middle of the parkway my 2022 GLC 300 coupe shut down. I had my vehicle towed off the parkway to a near by gas station, and than I had to proceed with my insurance tow truck to get it towed to my house. The next day, I had to get my vehicle towed from my house to the ************* dealer. They asked me what happened and I told them what I stated above. Later in the month in August, I reached out to check on my vehicle and the advisor stated they would have my vehicle for a while, they trying to figure out why the vehicle wouldnt start. They stated they changed piece by piece and still cant figure it out. After having my vehicle for a month, September 2024, ************* stated I would have to go through my insurance do to the fact of saying lightening struck my vehicle with no physical damage done to my vehicle. I tried to go through my car insurance which is Cure, but they at first denied. I reached out again, they finally sent out a person to view my car to see if it can be fixed or not. Cure advised that the car is totaled on October 4 and for me to go retrieve my items from my vehicle. I paid car note of $899 every single month & still is. I reached out to corporate of ************* and all, and they still have not resolved my issue after all these months. I am left without a vehicle and still being forced to pay car note every month while the car is no longer in my possession and is not working at all. Executive Referral Manager ***** that works for ******** reached out to me in January stating he will further look into this situation and it can take up to 8 weeks. He left me with a email and phone number to reach him back for any questions or concerns. 12 weeks later ******** did not want buy the car out. Cute denied my claim and didnt want to buy the car out either.WHO DO WE TURN TOO?

Cure is hands down the worst insurance company in ********. I was rear-ended over a year ago and had surgery on 4/9/24. Cure has yet to pay me for my 12 weeks I had to take off for rotor cuff repair. I have reached out to the supervisor with no response. I also tried to reach someone higher up the chain in the company I was told that there wasn't anyone in charge of my current claim adjusters supervisor. Cure is the cheapest insurance company in ******** but also the worst.
