I brought in a car to get my exhaust fixed. I called them to see if they fix my exhuast. They said they could I dropped it off and went home. 30 minutes called me back and said we don't do exhuast. when I asked nicely they won't Give me a real answer why. I told them I'm leaving a review so I did and they called/texted calling me a coward, a ******, the n word. I see why people don't trust mechanics (All messages were saved)

So this customer lied about what he wanted us to check out . He said he needed us to check his exhaust system. He came in... One of our techs put the 23 year old worn out damaged ******* mile *** on the lift. We inspected the issue. There is nothing we can do sir.... is what we told him. The system is all rotted out. Broken and UN-repairable, based on what the customer asked for. He expected us to weld rust. You can't weld rust. We also told him were the leak is the system would need to be lowered for access and a better inspection view. So we told the customer that we can't address his concern based on what he was willing to have us do. So we parked the car. WE DID NOT CHARGE HIM ONE DIME So five minutes later he goes right to ****** and leaves a nasty, non true, false, rude, insulting review.I reached out to him.... he has serious anger issues. So much so that we told him we were going to call the police and charge him with harassment.I have the text exchange. He insulted my wife (who does not even work for us) saying "I hope she F%CKS the *** driver" At least ten texts were sent yesterday. He was intimidating us. Threatening me and my staff. This morning I show up at work (6:30am) only to have a fresh series of rude text messages. I have not responded today, out of fear.I am calling the ********************************* today. This individual is a psycho, unstable and very intimidating. We just need this person to go away. Please do not post his review. As it is false. There are 5 employees who are my witnesses.Business owner
