    On Oct 19 approx 11 am I called Papa John's Pizza ****** store. My call was attended by one of their manager.I placed an order for 2 large Pizza with two 2 liter cold drinks. I gave him the address he said this ****** store does not deliver to this address ********************************************************** lot but said that **************** Papa ****** will deliver to the address mentioned above. I paid $57.98 and requested for delivery at 3:15 pm.. We had a sports activity arranged on ********** ground (see address above). At 3:35 pm I noticed that Pizza was never delivered. I called ****** Papa ****** where manager ******** did not show any courtesy and even denied that I ever talked to anyone at this location.He then hung up the phone on me. I then called several times South Plainfield store The manager there "Vikas" was no different from ****** store manager ********. He argued with me endlessly, refused to refund $57.89. He also hung up on me. I am living in *** for 32 years and have never experienced a merchant refusing to refund money for something which was never delivered.This is the worst experience I ever had at these stores. I demand a full refund of $57.98 as Pizza was never delivered. Vikas kept telling that driver called me and after waiting for 15 min returned to the store. I told him I was on the field and I was never told by the manager who took the order that delivery driver will call me. There were 20 plus people in the ground next to parking lot of ********** at *************************** and nobody saw Papa Johns delivery car entering the parking lot...If phone is not answered this could be because of several reasons like the phone finds it an unrecognize call and does not ring and send to VM or the person being called (me) is busy and taking care of some important matters. That does not mean ***** **** my money and refuse to issue a credit.I demand refund of $57.98 as I never received the PIzza
