    If I could give a rating of negative 100, I would. I purchased a very expensive Samsung range, refrigerator, and washer/dryer combo. I was initially told that delivery would take place on a Tuesday. However, when the delivery arrived, the range was missing.Over the next week or two, I had to repeatedly follow up to find out if the range was in stock. When it finally arrived, it was delivered without the necessary wiring. Upon further investigation, I learned that electric stoves require a different voltage than gas stovessomething that was never communicated to me during the purchase ********** make matters worse, I was informed that returning the range would incur a 50% restocking fee. I now have to hire an electrician to rewire my kitchen just to use the stove. I feel this critical information was intentionally withheld, and Sals responseclaiming everyone knows thiswas completely dismissive and unprofessional.When I previously visited PC *******, the associate there took the time to explain that not all pots are compatible with induction stoves. I now regret not purchasing from them, as I believe I would have received more thorough and honest guidance.Lastly, the refrigerator I received is not smudge-proof, despite being advertised as such. Every touch you make on this fridge is visible. Also, the filter leaves the water with very high TDS levels. I will be reporting this matter to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), as I strongly believe customers should be made aware of these important details prior to purchase. The lack of transparency has resulted in additional costspotentially hundreds or even thousands of dollarswhich could have been avoided with proper communication.
