30 Days Satisfaction Guarantee. We accept exchanges or returns on our products within 30 days as long as the item has not been worn and is in its brand new condition.
There are no returns or exchanges on custom work, alterations, and special orders. We will remake a custom design for you within the first 6 months at no additional cost if there are any manufacturing defects. We may choose to redesign for reasons outside of our control at no cost if our design team thinks it's reasonable.
Most of our repairs are guaranteed for up to a year based on the Geller Book Recommendations. Please ask for more details based on your specific repair.
