I placed an order for two bottles of Ultra CoQ10, 100mg Softgels - 120ct on behalf of my Grandparents on January 18th, 2025. The order has yet to ship after over 2 weeks and more than 10 business days, despite the Qunol website stating orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. I attempted to email Qunol for an update on my order on January 28th and January 30th, neither of which were returned. I then attempted to call Qunol customer service on February 3, 2025 and my call went unanswered. I would like the items to be shipped immediately or receive a full refund as soon as possible.Initial Complaint

I bought this item and it made me feel a little dizzy. I wanted to return it. I only took one tablet. The company is refusing to send me a prepaid shipping label. The company is also refusing a return because I took one tablet. This is not ok. If the product does not work for me, I should be entitled to a prepaid label and a refund even if I took one tablet. This company is taking advantage of consumers and takes over two weeks to ship out to reduce the return time period for the consumer.Initial Complaint

I was receiving multiple emails about Qunol products and the offers seemed pretty good (financially) so rather then purchase the product at the store I decided to place an order. I did so on February 29th and received an email a few days later stating my order was being processed to ship. Its now March 14th and still no product. I dont order over the internet very much but my orders usually arrive faster than 2 weeks. I have inquired about my order both through e-mail and phone (no one picks up on phone so I left a message). I have not received any response by email either. I see they billed my credit card immediately after I placed my order. $50.97 may not seem like much but Im on a fixed income and its a lot to me. Perhaps just a refund would be nice since Ive received no product. Since its taking so long perhaps there is a problem within their system and I dont feel safe taking the product now anyway. If this wasnt an item I need to ingest Id be more willing to wait, but I dont need any more health issues.Initial Complaint

i have used this Q10 product in liquid form for at least 5 years. after use it i do not have nightmares. post three years i start to buy softgels form made from the same company. i have bought -8 bottles.
but after i used softgels some time my nightmares came back. i tried to figure out what is going on. i start to cut the softgel open. then, i saw some softgels are pure oil without of any formulation and Q10. some of them have formulation and Q10. as show in the pictures. i opened three, two are fake ones. that is why when take the Q10 had not work for me.
i hope you stop the company put fake Q10 as products and make money from us. let me know what i can do to stop them. should you report to FDA for this activity they conducted. thank you. i called the company but no one answered the phone.Initial Complaint

On approximately November 15, 2023 I received tablets from Qunol, which I did not order. My brother, who lives in Florida and has never ordered from Qunol was charged $22. 04. I am trying to remove his information from their site as well as removing a "reoccurring order" for this product. I also received a bottle of capsules in July and never received any resolve at that time for that order.

I have called the customer service number to no avail - calls are not returned; emails have been sent - close to 10 communications - I did receive 2/3 emails in return; however, I still have not received a return receipt along with instructions as promised.

I purchased two, **** oz Qunol Liquid Turmeric at ****** for $27.99 each and am unhappy with the results. I've left multiple voicemails at ************ with no response. I placed an order for Ubiquinol on the quonol.com website on May 2, 2023. My order number is #******. The order amount was *****. I received an email on May 3 stating that the order had shipped. Today is June 1. 2023, and I still have not received my order. I contacted customer service on May 18th to inform them of the problem. I received an automated email and asked them to please reply directly. They did on May 19th, stating that they would look into it. Not hearing back from them, I emailed again on May 24th. Again, I never heard back. I left a voicemail on the customer service line and followed up with an email on May 30, requesting a resolution or a refund to my paypal account. I still have not heard from them. Granted, it is not a large amount of money, but I don't believe it's right that they were paid for an item they never delivered. Quten Research Ins has deducted ***** from my account with ***** Fargo on the following months: 8/13/2021, 10/13/21, 2/13/22, 10/13/22, 2/13/23, 4/13/23, I have never received any products from this company. Once I noticed that a deduction had been made in February I began to research past statements and found the additional charges.I have tried to call the company on numerous occasions without anyone answering or returning my calls Since then, I have received my April statement and see that another charge was made for *****. I believe my only option will be to do a stop payment which will cost me $35. Quten Research Institute billed our Citibank credit card: 1-26-23, $188.79; 1-29-23, $188.79; 2-01-23, $188.79.We have never done business with this company or ordered any product from them. We contacted ******** and disputed these charges. However, ********'s notes apparently show we disputed only two charges, on 1-26-23 and 2-01-23. They credited our account for these two on 2-07-23. On 2-11-23 Quten sent a credit for the 1-29-23 charge. On 3-10-23 Citibank posted a "Reverse Quten Research Institute" item, charging our account $188.79. They apparently think we made this purchase, even though Quten credited it. They say letters were sent to explain their actions (we never received any letters), and the dispute is closed.We have made no purchases from this company. The only information we have for the company is from our Citibank statements: Quten Research Institute, ************, **. This does not match either of the phone numbers your records show. I want Quten to reverse this charge or reimburse ** for $188.79, and I want this company to delete any account they have set up with our information. Ordered to products from Qunol. The third was a give away promotional item on April 8. To date the ordered has still not been filled. I've sent emails and tried calling for status of order. No responses from CS. Already been charged 2 out of 4 payments to my CC.
