I purchased a used ***** Pilot Elite 2019 on 9/25/21. I noticed something on the windows when I brought the vehicle home. I hand washed it. There were sparkly spots on the passenger side of the front windshield and streaks on all the side windows and back window. I then used Windex. I called ******************************* and left a message about the windows. He told me it was from when he sprayed the car with a hose to find out if the trunk was leaking. He spoke to his manager and she told him I could return the car or take it to a professional detailer and they would reimburse me. Because he told me it was water from a hose I told him I would get it cleaned. The spots and streaks never came off. I took the car to *********************************** in ********, ** and ********************************. and both places told me the glass is stained. I emailed this to ************************** manager, *******************************. She told me to get information about replacing the windows. I did. It would cost ******** to replace them. Then she told me she couldn't help me. If I knew the windows were stained I would have returned the car. I was led to believe that they were water spots and that Holman Go would help me in making the windows better.
