      When we needed a special piece of weather stripping for our old farmhouse window, SWISCO was able to help us identify the piece and provide the right replacement. SWISCO was very diligent in making sure they identified what was needed correctly and provided us with all the details and measurements for the replacement part. SWISCO responded to every email communication very promptly and with a sincere interest in helping us find the right part.

      I originally contacted a window service in my area to repair my window, and the quote they gave me was an outrageously high price. I found SWISCO through a friend, and their selection is extensive with simple diagrams. I did order the wrong part at first, but the return was simple. **************** asked me to send photos of my crank, which they guided me through. Now my window is working great, simply through photos! And I still got it done with less spent than what I was originally quoted. I'll recommend SWISCO whenever I can.

      I am so impressed with **************************! I was convinced I'd have to spend a fortune to replace the broken operator on my window. The thought of a professional repair was stressful, but when I found **************************, their customer service was a game-changer. They helped me find the exact part I needed and even explained how to install it. The whole process was much easier and more affordable than I ever expected.Thanks to their help, my window is working perfectly, and I'll definitely be using them for all my future home repairs.       Stay away. Sent me a defective part. Sent it back for a refund and they sent me microscopic photos of two teeny tiny scratches that they may have put on them and said they would not refund my money.

      They were very helpful and answered all questions in a very timely manor. All parts were correct and very well made. We repaired 9 windows to perfect working order after we were told by another window company who said they were not fixable and would only do replacement windows. A savings of almost $8000.00. I will use this company again.

      Window Factory went out of business and replacement parts were hard to find. I found Swisco who carried the parts. I was treated like family. ******* went above and beyond to: find the right parts, send videos on how to take out the broken parts and replace with new ones. Pricing was great and quick turn around time. Great customer service ever!!! They are now my go-to store for window parts. Thank you Swisco!

      I needed channel balances for a few windows on a rental. I didnt have a replacement part, so I measured and guessed. I honestly didnt have high hopes for it fitting. To my surprise, they did! No more propping the window open! I did watch their tutorial video for installation and couldnt get it, but my brother figured it out in 5 minutes. **************** was also great in helping track my order. This repair has been on my bucket list for a few years, and I am very happy its completed!

      I did NOT want to order from this company. This is clearly a *************** marketing to ** customers. And, based on the reviews I have read for this company, if there are any problems on the supplier's side, they clearly just leave the customer high and dry. But they literally were the ONLY company on the net offering the part that we needed, so my husband ultimately insisted that we order it. It came in a week. The parts were not uniform, but they were useable. So, apparently we are one of the lucky satisfied customers. I thought I should put this positive review on here in case there is someone else that has no other option. This is a legitimate company. They actually deliver product. I say, if you have no other option, go with this company using a good quality credit card and then appeal to your credit card company if Swisco drops the ball.
