According to the BBB Code of Advertising, No Credit Rejected
The words "no credit rejected," "guaranteed financing," "all credit applications accepted" or words of similar import can imply that consumer credit will be extended to anyone regardless of the consumer's credit worthiness or financial ability to pay. They must only be used when all credit requests are approved.
In the BBB's experience, auto dealers who make these claims are often trying to convey to consumers that they will work with them to get financing. However, most financing for those with poor credit includes higher finance charges and annual percentage rates and a much higher down payment. Hence, these claims do not support the BBB Code of Advertising.
Unfortunately, the BBB failed to respond to the BBB's request to substantiate, modify or remove the claim.
