    I parked at the ****** to get a coffee at the ****** before my DMV appointment. I was towed within 1 minute. The towing company demanded 150$ cash only payment to release the car. I was able to get refunded by calling ****** corporate office but I saw them do this to many others while I was there. This towing company is predatory and illegally towing vehicles.

    I believe the ****** parking lot that contracts this towing company isnt properly or legally showing adequate signage to say its a tow away zone. There is one sign high up on a pole that looks like an advertisement so people dont notice it. Things like this should be marked with proper signage assign by the town or state. This is a predatory business with multiple complaints of similar actions and the lack of accountability for things like this is the reason for people feel like they have no representation in government. If things like this can go on and my only recourse is to complain to the BBB with no further action being taken you must also understand why the country is in the state it is in. You are rewarded in this country for preying on and leeching off good hard working people because honest work doesnt pay and crooked behavior and bad business practices are overlooked or handled with kid gloves. The person reading this has more power than I do to actually do something for their fellow citizens and stop this predatory business behavior from continuing. Ive learned my ****** ill avoid not only that Wendys but the entire town of ******** because of this business. But its not too late to help another fellow American out by properly investigating and reporting this business through the proper channels to make actual meaningful change and maybe just maybe for once in this countrys recent history the little guy can win and feel better knowing the people entrusted to stop things like this from happening are actually looking out for them. From my brief time at this tow company i see they know exactly what they are doing and shuffle people in and out of there all day scamming i imagine mostly poor and working class people out of what little money they have. You must understand the problem here im literally being incentivized by the current system to be a scum bag buy a tow truck and just join them in taking unsuspecting fellow americans money.

    I parked in a parking lot with three businesses, one of which was *********. I went into a different store, but had planned on going into ********* afterwards I barely made it to the storefront before my car was beginning to be towed. I asked him to stop and he told me its too late And I called a number he gave me and they told me it would be $250 cash only I did pay the money with no receipt provided I tried calling the number back of the owner and they did not pick up. I believe this is a predatory scam And I was not even given the chance to get to the ********* before they towed the car.

    BEWARE OF BDJ TOWING!!!They try to row my car today at the Wendys near DMV. I sat in my car to prevent them from taking it. The threatened to call the police because I was causing a scene. The security guard at ***** is their spotter. DO NOT SUPPORT ******!!!!

    the company works for ****** and every time there is a car parked without them going to the restaurant, we pick it up and take it to the BDJ Towing yard due to abandonment of the car.
