              MY STORAGE UNITS ARE **** AND ****, WE ALREADY HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FROM ANOTHER UNIT, AND I ASKED QUESTIONS REGARDING PROTECTING MY PERSONAL PROPERTY, I WAS TOLD VERY POSITIVE THINGS. I AM ALREADY HAVING PROBLEMS, NOW MY ACCOUNTS ARE ALL SCREWED UP AND MY PAYMENTS ARE MOT BEING APPLIED, I HAVE ASKED FOR THE DISTRICT MANAGER TO REACH OUT TO ME, STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN THAT CALL, I NEED MY ACCOUNT CORRECTED AND ACCURATE, AS WELL AS BACK IN HOOD STANDARD

              Move from ******** to mainland. Delivered one broken item. One item was not delivered at all. They told us that the undeivered item was on their list as delivered. It was not. I noted that they were accusing us of lying. Not so much the money as the accusation is what bugs me. I meant they could just not deliver any item, keep it for themselves, sell it, and then tell a customer that it was marked as delivered. Maybe it broke and they claimed insurance on it and told us it was not delivered. Respecting clients is important. What a crappy corporate culture. I feel sorry for the employees who have to deal with what I am sure is many unhappy customers. NEVER USE Prime Moving.
