              In December, 2021, I contacted Golden Glove Movers from *************, where/when I was in the middle of selling my house. Right from the beginning, there were ongoing problems with communication. **** *****, the Sales Representative who managed my account, was pleasant enough, but we had consistent problems in the arena of clear communication with the main office. **** the office voice, *******, the man who is supposedly in charge, and someone named Ray, all said things that subsequently proved to be inaccurate.I paid an initial deposit of $145, and subsequently paid $1,165 to ship 7 boxes from ************* to *******. The shipment was split apart during the move, and when I finally picked up what was left of my order in *******, after was supposed to have been delivered in *******, the ** and Surround-Sound system were missing.... the other boxes were mangled and damaged. I called to ask what had happened, and never received a response from them. I paid up front for services that were never delivered. I am seeking compensation for the materials that were lost by the shipper.
