            I just filed a complaint and I would like to provide more information: Date of move: July 19th What they promised: wrapping of my items/disassembly of my items/ long distance move to San Francisco/ 800 cubit feet space They charged me 1709 cubit feet. Their truck total capacity is 1800 cubit feet. We only used half of it. And they did not pack my stuff properly. They also charge deceiving packing fee. Also the moving company said they are actual movers, not brokers. However another company came to pick up my stuff. The contact person didn’t want to resolve the issue and asked me to contact customer service. Customer service doesn’t pick up the phone
