- If the products that have been customized/personalized there are no CASH refunds issued. If a customer is unhappy with a product, the company needs to be contact within 7 days of receipt. For scrapbook items there maybe a product-only refund given. The customer is responsible for paying for return of the item to the company in the same packaging as sent. The item needs to be returned within 21 days of receipt. Product-refunds will not occur without the return of the original item to the company. Additional shipping charges may apply. For standard Greeting Cards, If a customer is unhappy with a product, the company needs to be contact within 7 days of receipt. The item needs to be returned within 21 days of receipt for a full refund. Customized Greeting Cards are non-returnable.
