I received a letter from this law firm back in April of 2022 about a debt I owed. I responded to their letter via certified mail asking for them to provide me with proof of the debt. They finally responded in to my letter in March of *************************************************************************************************************** 2022. I tried calling them multiple times and have been put on hold for hours at a time with no one picking up my call. There is a recorded message while you're on hold advising you to go to their website to schedule a day/time to set up a return call with them. I went to their website to schedule a return call but they require you to create an account and agree to their terms and conditions. They also provided an email address to send them an email. I sent them an email asking to schedule a return call explaining that I did not feel comfortable agreeing to their terms and conditions and would prefer communicating via email to schedule a day/time to discuss my matter with them. I received an email from them stating the following, "You may find it more convenient to contact us by email. Through our website, paypressler.com, you can control communication preferences such as communication by email or schedule a mutually convenient date and time for us to contact you." I have no idea what this means. I already emailed them requesting to schedule a return call advising them of my availability. I will be filing a complaint against this law firm with the **************************
