      Received notification of application for wage execution. I owe no individual or business in **********. Why are they attempting to garnish my wages? I lived in ********** in **** for 6 months. I owe no one in that State and would like a detail report on the reasons for initiating my wages being garnish.

      **************, **** & Shepard, PC (hereinafter "FSKS") represents ******************* LLC (hereinafter "Creditor") with regard to a judgment entered in Superior Court of ********** under docket number ESX **-034264-08 which was subsequently docketed in ******* under DJ-******-15. The judgment is against ************************** with a year of birth **** and whose social security number ends in xxx-xx-****. The judgment was entered on 11/12/2008 and FSKS has been attempting to collect upon the judgment since that time. FSKS was made aware of an employment and issued a notice of wage execution to Consumer informing him that we are seeking a wage execution. The notice of wage execution sets for a time period by which the consumer may "object" to the wage execution. The consumer is seeking the BBB as his forum to object to the wage execution which is not appropriate. If this *********************** believes he is not the *********************** we are attempting to garnish then he can either object or contact this law firm. Two other things: (1) FSKS will investigate whether this *********************** is the same as the *********************** in our case - specifically we will contact the employer to confirm; and (2) the employer should be matching up the name and social security number to make sure the garnishment is appropriate. Either way, this appears to be an objection to the wage execution which is something that should be handled by a Judge in the Superior Court of **********, not the BBB.
