I placed an order of almost $10,000 of blinds from the *********, ** store (store # ***). At the time purchase I was assisted by a sales person that seemed very inexperienced. Due to the sales person not being knowledgeable and apprehensive whole processing by order, my mother in law and I consistently repeated the order to her to ensure it was correct. She continually confirmed our requests. Once my order was delivered and installed, we noticed that she had put down the wrong blind styles for 2 of our rooms. We tried to explain to the store manager the sales person who assisted us confirmed in person at the store which blinds we wanted. She placed the wrong blinds on the order. I later discovered that the woman was a new employee and was still being trained. I tried to get a replacement through the store manager with no luck. This is not how you treat a customer with a large order. Im seeking a replacement of the incorrect blinds. Order # ******
