I have purchased 2,500 worth of blinds which failed less than 3 months from the installation date. I am now required to pay over $100 to have it fixed. This is totally unacceptable. The product has a lifetime warranty for mechanical issues and should be replaced/repaired at no cost to the customer, at least in the first 12 months. The manager of the store by the name Emely suggested the the product will be repaired at no cost, however, I am supposed to bring the blinds back to the store, wait 3-4 weeks and install them back on my own, without any temporary solution to the window where the blind malfunction.

    Business Response

There was a delay for me to receive this !! :(

Apologies for the delay in receiving and responding to this matter. Unfortunately, there was very limited information provided in the original complaint, which made it difficult to identify the customer or locate the related order.

To investigate properly, I reached out directly by phone. **** answered and informed me that the issue had already been resolved through our corporate office. He expressed disappointment that the situation had to escalate to that level and mentioned dissatisfaction with our sales team. However, he confirmed that his concerns have now been addressed. He ended the call before I could obtain further details or clarify what specific resolution was provided.

It appears that the contact number used for the complaint differs from the one associated with the customers original order, which further complicated locating his information.

While I was unable to get involved in the resolution directly, I can confirm that the customer indicated the matter is now closed on his end. I sincerely apologize for the delay in response and any inconvenience caused. Please know that we are committed to assisting our customers and that a genuine attempt was made to follow up. Thankfully, in this case, the customer has been adequately assisted, even if not by me directly.

I have a complaint due to the unprofessionalism at Blinds to Go. I needed a blind fixed. The blind was picked up 5/2/25. I was charged $87 just to pick up a blind. I was told it would be repaired in 3 days it is now the 16th of May. I was told I had to pay another $87 to get my blind back. The employees are very rude!

7/5/2015 ordered blinds and everything was fine.
4/14/2024 ordered two blinds and everything was fine.
8/29/2024 I ordered fourteen blinds, and, on another visit, I added drapery as well and picked up the blinds sometime after. On 11/8 when I went to install the blinds, I noticed that the first blind was too short, so I called the store to inform them. I was told that I signed off on the order so there (like I have done in the past). I made sure I measured my windows three times for accuracy so I'm one hundred percent sure of the measurement I wrote down and gave to the associate. The sales associate or someone else made a mistake because my windows are sixty-six inches or more in length. Further, all of my windows are different sizes variant by inches. My house is one hundred and forty-eight years old to date and because of settling measurements are off kilter. Further inspections of the boxes revealed that all the lengths are 50 inches in height.
