    I enrolled in Safe Splash Swim School on September 29, 2025, and paid $189 for the first month (4 lessons) plus a $50 annual registration fee. My first scheduled class was set for October 13 at 6:30 PM at their Paramus, ** location.When I arrived, I discovered that the building had no visible signage or indication that Safe Splash operated there. After searching for over 15 minutes, I learned the program was supposedly held inside Fitness24, but this was never mentioned during enrollment.When I entered the gym, the front desk staff had no record of any swim class or instructor, and they confirmed there was no class scheduled at that time. I checked the pool area myselfit was completely empty, with only two gym members swimming individually. No teacher, no students, no class.I immediately contacted Safe Splash to report the issue. The representative acknowledged that there should have been an instructor but could not explain what happened. I told them this was extremely unprofessional and requested a full refund.Instead of issuing a refund, the company charged my card again for a second monthwithout my authorization. When I followed up, they falsely claimed that I had attended the class and insisted I must give a 30-day cancellation notice, even though I canceled the same day of my first missed class.This business has failed to provide the promised service, charged me without consent, and is now refusing to refund my payments. I am requesting the Better Business Bureaus assistance in securing a full refund and ensuring this company is held accountable for its misleading and unethical business practices.
