    Catch Air is the wrong place to have a stress free party for your Kids starting with the rude, unprofessional & VERY unwelcoming STAFF special the Manager I booked my sons 3dr birthday party here thinking we were all going to have so much fun REGRET IT A LOT. I booked this place literally in person because I had so many questions before giving them a deposit everything seemed perfect when I went to booked it friendly staff and they showed me around and answer all my questions to what I wanted to hear at that time my party was supposed to start at 5:30pm and the told me I had 15min to decorate before 5:30pm, 4 days before the party when they called me to confirm, the story changed completely they told Me even though my party was at 5:30 I wouldnt have access to the room to decorate till 6:30pm I was confused because thats not what we discussed when I made the reservation they also told me that because of the inconvenience they would allow me to stay in the room till 8pm instead of 7:30pm When I got to the place at exactly 5:30pm along with all my guests they told me the room wasnt going to be available till 6:50 to decorate because there was another party before mine and they needed to clean, mind you they had a sign outside with my sons party info and the room was empty and clean way before 5:30pm they just didnt want me in because the manager didnt feel like it, I explained to her I just wanted to decorate I knew about the 60min in the room guest policy, when they finally gave up and allowed me in at exactly 6:30 they started tell me I only had till 7:30 pm to give the kids pizza and leave the room I was so stressed out plus the unprofessional manager kept sending her staff to rush me out & tell me how many minutes I had left even though they told me over the phone as a courtesy I could stay till 8pm I spoke with ******* over the phone when I told them about ******* the told me they dont know any ******* lol in conclusion this place is a joke. AVOID
