      They have the worst finance people. They won't tell you what you have to do and what you need to know. Be very careful. A consumer protection lawyer who specialized in auto dealership fraud will help you. Strongly not suggesting this dealership.

      I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealer from out of state. They told me that they would be able to register the jeep within 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks, I called to find out the status. Did not get any clear explanation. Later I got a text and an email telling me I needed to take the car in for a VIN verification. This should have been told to me at the time of purchase. My temp plate expired after 30 days (** doesn't issue temp plate renewals) which left me without a vehicle to drive. It seemed that once I bought the jeep, no one at the dealership took responsibility for following up with the registration paperwork. It took a total of 45 days to finally get my registration and plates.

      They have some of the worst service people around, but not all. My truck is in for the 3rd time for the same complaint that I mentioned to them while getting other work done. Brought my truck in for some engine component leaks and told them that I was having problems with the front end. They fixed the leaks, but did nothing about the front end. I picked up the truck, drove it and still had the issue with the front end. Brought it in for another problem, and again mentioned the front end problem, again picked it up and still had the same issue, felt like the whole front end was going to fall off. Now it's in again, the next day, and being told something, which I should have been told that they needed to remove a leveling kit, which they say is causing the problem. This kit has been in the truck for 10 - 11 years and never had a problem until I got new tires, different then what I usually got. Also, after telling the one service person to call me on my cell and not my home phone, he never changed it and still was calling my on my home phone. This is not the first time I've had a problem where I had to keep bring the truck back to the, the last time being the transmission light, 3 - 5 times back. when a vehicle is over 10 years old, is seems they don't give it the same care as one that is newer and under warranty. *****************************
