    This guy is a fraud he took money $900 to order “railing” for our stairs kept pushing off “installation” never answers the phone when he finally answered me he claimed my husband is calling him and hung up which was a lie my husband was on the other line with me we keep calling for him to give back our money and he’s not answering and blocked us stay away he is a fraud he claims he needs deposit do not give any money to this guy !!

    I paid floor-it LLC deposit for railing installation I gave him $900 he said 2/3 weeks to do the installation it’s been over a month and he didn’t deliver I have ask for my refund he said he’s going to issue the refund but everyday keep saying give one hour I’ll Zelle you been few days with the same excuses and I haven’t get my money back

    I reached out to this business in Instagram under floor it, I called him and his name was ***** L ********* he came over to my house and then called me to rush me to a contact . He told me he needs 40% to order material and he was persisting with Zelle payments . I sent them month in one day and he told me he will see me next week. - a week passes and no answer another week he promised to come at 9 . Am then ***** then after 5 . No show, I took off even two days to be able to wait for him end he never shows up. One day came and dropped while I was at work 10 pieces to wood total 400$ and never came back . I asked me to send my money he then texted me that I was crazy . I found his girlfriend phone one one account with his picture and told him would u do this to his ur wife? Then he told me I was a b**** And to go to get my money in court. I have all the messages picture and tried to deleted but I have all picture to prove it .

    We are booked 2-3 months in advanced. This job was completed. The client requested touch *** after completion. Floor-it agreed to complete the touch ***. Client demanded we rush the touch *** schedule. We did our best to get the touch *** in between scheduled projects, but have been unable to work out a schedule that works with the client, as they have holidays and specific times which we cant not perform work. The client is currently withholding 25% of the entire projects cost. Unfortunately the business client relationship became tumultuous and we forfeited the 25% due payment in lieu of the touch***. We do not know a ***** *****, but we believe this client is **** **** of *********, *****************. We are uncertain why she would lie about the job not being completed, and why she would lie about her personal information as well.
