              This company is absolutely horrible, they had hold times hours long which took 3 days and over 6 hours on hold to reach a representative. Their solution to my issue (fraud on a prepaid giftcard prior to purchase making it inactive and worthless) was to send another card with no guarantee this wouldn't be the same problem again. I am out the cost of the gift card and hours of time wasted on hold.
