    I purchased a plan which included opening, closing and mid season visit. Opening went OK. Mid season, they sent 2 guys who did not know how to deal with a pond pump for irrigation, and did not speak English. Then they sent another person, who knew how to handle my situation, but it was in August. Then tried to schedule a closing with the 1 person who knew how to close a pump irrigation system. He was not available. I asked for 1/2 of my money back, they have not responded. This company tries to sell you heads and repairs that you do not need. I was scammed for of $6k in repairs last year. Now I am asking for my money back for closing.Also, they quote you $300 for the service and charge your credit cart $400. I want this rectified.I want money back.Supervisors do not call you backblack hole.

    Dear BBB Representative, 
    We appreciate the opportunity to address Ms. ******* ******* concerns regarding her seasonal service plan with Ecosystems Irrigation LLC. 
    After reviewing her account, we reached out to Ms. ****** on the evening of October 9th to discuss her experience and find a resolution. During the call, we offered to have one of our Field Managers personally service her property in place of her preferred technician, ****, who is no longer with the company. Our goal was to ensure her system was properly winterized and that she continued to receive the same quality of service she expected. 
    To provide reassurance, we explained that our Field Manager, Mike Hereema, remains in contact with **** and could reach out to him directly for any specific information about her system if needed. Despite these efforts, Ms. ****** declined the offer and requested a refund for the winterization service. Additionally, our General Manager reached out directly to Ms. ************** an attempt to personally resolve the matter, but the call went to voicemail repeatedly. 
    As a gesture of good faith and in the interest of maintaining customer satisfaction, we processed a refund for the winterization service. We value Ms. ****** as a customer and regret that we were unable to meet her expectations in this instance. Ecosystems Irrigation LLC remains committed to providing professional, responsive, and high-quality service to all our clients.

    Called for Irrigation service on 05-28-2024-got appt for the following week.Changed our minds about using this company and called to cancel appt.next day-never signed a contract or received invoice on date credit card was charged. Paid $274.14 via credit card and have yet to receive a refund to my credit card. Was told the branch manager had to review and approve. They are withholding our money for no good reason. We emailed the company as well over 10 days ago and again was told we need to wait for Branch Mgr to review and approve and they will keep us updated-never heard from them again.Co name is Ecosystems 900 State ********************* ************ Contacted via emailDaria ***** <*****************************************>Customer **************** Sales Manager Spoke to ******** over phone more than once and left voice mails.Thank you,*********************** ********************** I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.

    The customer submitted a chargeback to their credit card company prior to us being able to provide a refund. We did not dispute the chargeback and were not able to process a refund as we would have been paying the customer back twice.
