    My son and I whom is a minor went to this dentist office as new patients due to them being in “network” with my insurance previous dentist wasn't in network so i had to pay out of pocket for everything. Long story short my son and i go there it was an hour for them to check me in said my firms were missing then proceeded to ask do you take Wellbutrin for asthma already a red flag. We get brought to the back and they separated me and my son whom my son is a minor. I work in the medical field and right away i said hes a minor he cant be seen without an adult the tech just said oh we have you guys in rooms 1 and 2 .. i go to my exam room they have somebody else chart up which is definitely a violation of hippa. During visit didn't bother to notice 3 spft spots i had after addressing them they continued to still go over them with cleaning drill,which wasn’t pleasant. After visit doctor came in didn't bother to talk about my sons appointment i had to ask him and even then didn't even remember him. Worst place definitely goes against medical violation. Definitely need to have there reviews looked into probably family members giving them those reviews on google

    Paid $5000 for retainer treatment. Seeking follow up care, takes 6months to get appointment, then 2 days before appointment, they call to cancel. Reschedule for another 6 months and come in, hour after my appointment time, they tell me they lost my images of teeth( the reason for the appointment) take new images and reschedule 6 months later. I contact *******, the company providing the retainer to complain about the office, they get in contact with dentist, and still no resolution. I cant seek other dentist because I paid ******* and the contract is with dentist office. This is terrible service, I am being denied patient care for my dental needs. I have no option to seek other dentist.
