    I went into a verbal contract with Built4u you *************************************** on May 2 owner ****** ********.This contract was to replace a walkway a driveway, sidewalk and apron I was told this would be completed in four days I have given this company $8500 with promises that he gave 50% of the money to the concrete company to secure dates,that was back in May I have not seen him since May 19. I am not an unreasonable person realizing that the rain did keep him from completion, but at this point, he has not repaired the damage He has done to my home nor has he completed one project. He has not grouted the walkway,has not graded the driveway in anticipation of pouring cement. He has left my property in disarray and in an unsafe state He has screamed obscenities to me. He clearly has no respect for women and I quote women want want want, like I told another customer if-she continues I will walk the * out.I have called this man numerous times,he promises that hes scheduling the following week and never shows up.Just this Saturday, July 5 he promised to come and grade the driveway for inspection on Monday. He canceled and he is now scheduled to swing byon Monday.On Mothers Day eve he videoed my home and used it on a Next Door app as advertising,Mothers Day eve special, that was eight weeks ago At this point, I had another contractor come to give me a quote on what it would cost to complete this mans job and it will be an additional $5500 and the work that he has completed up to now is estimated at approximately $4000 so he has $4500 of my money with no intention of returning to complete his job.I have tried to reason with him, but its getting increasingly difficult with his foul language and sarcasm I just want my money back minus the work that hes already done so that I can have this job completed by someone else so that it's safe for me to enter my home. I am an elderly woman and have no access to my front door via the driveway.
