      I have had foot, plantar fasciitis, and ankle issues for several years. Ortho Feet shoes have helped me overcome them. The shoes are comfortable and have become my go to brand. Their return policy and customer service is excellent. I highly recommend OrthoFeet shoes.

      Can't understand why anyone would have a problem with these shoes OR the service provided. I have been buying them for some years now, they are comfortable, and only had two issues, one return for a different size and one where some of the 'd ring' tie rings broke.

      The return was seamless, and they sent me new tie rings which work just fine.

      I'm pretty much changing all of my shoes out to 'Orthofeet' shoes, got the small boots, the sandals, the house slippers, the other shoe styles they make also. All good.

      Highly recommended.

      Great shoes, extremely comfortable, and exactly as described. I've bought over 30 pairs over the years, and any problems or size issues, easily returned and resolved!

      I order booties from Orthofeet and received an order number as well as a USPS tracking number.
      I now received a response from USPS indicating a counterfeit postage was noted and USPS took possession of the package and referred me to contact Orthfeet and my bank. What on earth?? Need BBB to take a look.

      I had issues with my knees for years! This made my back and neck ache, I tried inserts etc. But it would work for a week and0 then right back to the pain. Until I saw an ad for Orthofeet. I had tried some other orthotics shoes but it would would help me a few months and back to pain. I finally gave in to Orthofeet, which had great reviews and wow what a difference these shoes have made in my life! I have the support I had needed! My knees were still bothering me as both were bone on bone but they didn't hurt as badly and these shoes helped my back too! My instep is broken down and these Orthofeet shoes have an amazing instep and support! I have seval pairs of these shores; sneakers, dress and sandals. I only need boots and I will have all types of shoes. When I am home, I wear my slippers all the time! Lo e these shoes. Even got my sister who stands and walks at her job and she loves them too!!!!

      The shoes are high quality which have included biomechanical design to use with or without orthotics. The benefit being this. If you can't wear your orthotics in a comfortable shoe which also places the prescription in correct anatomical position, then the prescription orthotic might either fail or at best, not work well.

      The materials are study, antimicrobial and classical designed with actual colors and shoes that look like regular shoes and not Frankenstein Feet or ILL FITTING SNEAKERS.

      NADJA P 12/2/23 THE LADY WHO TOOK MY ORDER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND NICE, THE SHOES CAME IN FOUR DAYS. THIS IS MY SECOND PAIR THERE VERY COMFORTABLE AND HELP MY SORE FEET.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

      I would give this company zero stars if I could. Their website says 30 days to test and return. The shoes did not have any arch support. I am not able to wear these shoes. I did not wear outside. Customer service’s reply was that shoes could not be returned after trying them. Orthofit refused to refund. This company is bad news. Do no purchase from Orthofit.

      I have purchased eight pairs of Orthofeet shoes. They are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn in my 7+ decades of life! Their prices are reasonable, and the turnaround time after ordering is very quick. I can happily and honestly recommend them to other potential customers.

      I think I’m on my 9th pair of Orthofeet shoes. I love them because they allow me (a person with bunions) to walk 3 miles at time without pain!
