      I feel that if you have a problem with these shoes that you are ******** I have tried to get a resolution from them with absolutely no response. Buy a different brand if you can. These shoes are poorly constructed.

      The worst of the worst. Never seen anything like this. The lack of customer service is unbelievable. I had a plantar fascia surgery back in July 5/24 on July 30th my podiatrist recommended this shoes because I need it to start my therapy and I need an specialty shoes for this. I order the shoes on July 30/24 and never got a tracking number or anything. I finally called them august 7 and they told me my shoes were lost in the mail with a company called **** ******* They send me a tracking number with the new order they created on August 7 and the shoes were supposed to be delivered august 8/24. I was  Given a 9:00 am time to be delivered and nothing happened. Call them and they told me the shoes were going to be delivered by the end of the day yesterday August 8/24 and again they were not delivered. Called orthopedic and they told me they were going to take another 3 days to be delivered. I finally decided to call **** ****** and they told me that they have the shoes in their warehouse but couldn't be delivered till Monday. And since they are here in ** I asked if they can be pick up and they accept it. Meanwhile I'm here 9 days after my doctors instructions to start my therapy with the shoes I need it. Laying down because I don't have this shoes. They are not cheap they should have a better customer service and a better courier service. Never heard of this company before. And by reading all of the reviews here. I know I'm not the only one being ******* up by this people. Shame on you orthopedic!

      I purchased two pairs of shoes from ortho feet. Each claimed to help relieve Morton’s neuroma, which I have in both feet. The first pair were sneakers, which caused me more pain that I had already. The second pair were sandals, and again caused me tremendous discomfort in the area of the issue in my feet. I returned the first pair with no problem, directly to ortho feet. The sandals, unfortunately were not in Orth Feet stock when I tried to order, so I ended up ordering from Amazon. Orth Feet claims they have a 60 day try-wear and return policy. I was able to return the first pair of sneakers, solely because I purchased directly from them. I purchased the sandals from ******, because ****** had those exact sandals in stock, made by ortho feet After trying on the sandals for the first and second time, they were causing me some discomfort, at which point I called ****** for a refund. I was told ****** only offers a 30 day refund, and I would have to deal with Ortho Feet. Their policy clearly states that you have a full 60 days to return the item. It was 34 days, when I contacted ****** . ****** told me to contact Orto Feet. I contacted Ortho Feet and they told me they would only , accept the shoes within 30 days, because I purchased them from ******. Keep in mind, Ortho Feet shipped the items to ****** , then ****** in turn shipped them to me. Orth did not stand by their 60 day warranty, and refused to refund my money on Sandals that I paid over $100 for, and now cannot use them. They would not honor the 60 day policy, only because I purchased them through ******* I am dealing with ****** now with their A-to-Z guarantee policy. They have reached out to ortho, told them their policy is 60 day returned, and they refused to refund my money. I will wait and see what happens with Amazon . Keep in mind, I believe this company looks for every loophole, not to refund your money. The policy says 60 day wear and try and return for refund, but did not honor their own policy!

      I am so happy i found orthofeet shoes as i have neuropathy in my feet. They are a lifesaver for me. The cushion and and no seam stitching on the inside are wonderful for my situation. Thank You Orthofeet .

      Two parts.
      I was supposed to get $15 off shoes that were ~$124. So my actual invoice said ~109, which I took a screen shot w/order number and sent to them. They still charged me the ~$124, but added a separate $15, which they removed, and said "see, there is you $15 off".
      I only bought them in the first place is because I developed Plantar Fasciitis. I planned on sending them back, but they were comfortable except they squeak, BAD, no amount of baby powder etc. will make them quite. So I now have expensive, noisy slippers.
      The issue is sending the screenshot of what was to be the actual cost, and they refused to acknowledge the invoice or my concerns. It is a scam in my eyes when you add extra $$ then remove it and call it a special price off when evidence shows that is a lie. ***** ** ****

      These shoes are so supportive of my feet and especially help with my back issues. I’ve had major spinal surgery and both hips replaced, and Ortho Feet shoes are the only shoes I have found that give me excellent support and comfort.

      Orthofeet is a great company to work with. Have purchased 3 pairs of shoes that I wear regularly and they are so comfortable for my 6W feet. My only wish is that they had more shoes in this very extra width but for the ones they do have I am so thankful. I also love their policy of being able to wear outdoors and then send them back if they are not comfortable. The shoes are also well made and very durable, Highly recommend.

      Orthofeet shoes are one of the very few brands I can wear with my numerous foot problems. They are comfortable with a toe box that will fit a hammertoe and bunion, a wide assortment of sizes and an easy return policy. Never had any problems with the company or shoes. A brand you can trust.
