      Very difficult getting shoes to fit as I have two different size feet. I have ordered in the past and had to return more than half of them because they don't fit the one foot. I have been very happy with the refunds and service and quality of the shoes as well. This is my number one place to go for comfortable shoes.

      I was so excited that I found your website and I thought you would be a great help so I paid $112 for a pair of shoes that when I got them they were too small lengthwise. I tried to call you to find out how I can order another pair that's half a size larger and all I've gotten for the last two days is a message that says there's no one to take your call and then it hangs up automatically! How in the ******** I supposed to just put the shoes in a box and hope that you guys refund my money when you don't even answer your phone's or have a valid phone line

      I think many ppl with bad reviews ordered from OrthoFIT not OrthoFEET. Although I could not wear OrthoFEET shoes, I did not have any problems returning them or getting a refund. They were of the same quality as sketchers type shoes; not great but definitely not cheap $5 shoes. I will not order again because they did not fit my feet well (lots of issues) but their customer service was good & refund was correct & prompt.

      Orthofeet is a life saver - their shoes actually fit my orthotics without causing further leg/foot problems. If something doesn't happen to fit correctly, they give a 60-day trial period and return or exchange them quickly. They are helpful on the phone too. Most of their styles are nice looking and all are well made. I see there is now an "OrthoFit" advertising online and it appears to be a scam. Orthofeet is the real deal.

      I am wearing my 4th pair of Orthofeet shoes and when I received the 1st pair, the insoles broke down within several months. I'd estimate about 250 miles of walking. I called and Orthofeet sent me a replacement set of insoles. I had to send a picture. When I talked to the customer service representative, I was told that the insoles cover was changed, however, the insoles looked the same. Because I really liked the shoes and how comfortable they were for my daily walk of 6 miles, I decided to continue buying the shoes knowing that I could get replacement insoles. On my most recent pair purchased, the insoles broke down after the first month. I was told that the replacement insoles would cost $42.00. The warranty was longer than one month, so I asked for replacement shoes and was then told that they would send my a free set of insoles as a courtesy "this time". It's very apparent that the insoles need to be made with a more durable product. The shoes are great otherwise. I have ordered a different manufacturer's shoe (1/2 the cost of Orthofeet) and hope that they are as comfortable and last longer than Orthofeet.*************************

If you do have heavy wear and tear we recommend having extra insoles and switching them out for longer wear time. We do often send out coupons for insoles as well and will make sure you are on our mailing list for future orders.

      I think your advertising up to 40% off for Black Friday sale is a real joke. My husband ordered me a pair of ********* slippers thinking he was going to get a good deal, if your UP TO 40% off is a good deal, it sure wasnt for **. Im not sure what he got off if anything, from $84.95 after state, county and city taxes they came to $93.23. I wont be doing business with Orthofeet again. I dont believe you have anything at 40% off. *************************

      I have plantar fasciitis and purchased a pair of sneakers for walking. When they came, I put in the arch support and insole and put the shoes on. I was amazed I was able to walk pain free. I've since purchased a pair of boots which are comfortable enough to wear all day and a snuggly pair of slippers. I recently ordered and received padded sole socks which are soft and don't bind the ankle. I have no complaints with the company and will continue ue to get my footwear at Orthofeet.

      I returned shoes that didnt fit using THEIR carrier. I keep getting the run around regarding my refund. They want the return in hand and THEN they will issue a refund in 10 to 15 business days. They have proof it was sent, I want my money NOW! If they want money, they take it immediately. Returns should be just as swift. Do NOT abut anything from this company!

      I had ordered the ***** stretch knit blue. Size 8.5 wide Im so sad. I wanted to love these shoes and did love everything about them except the toe box is too narrow. Not wide enough for my Mortons neuroma. I wish the toe was more wide and rounded. Thank you for the your customer service of letting me try them on and wear a few times before sending back.
