  I am so happy i found this company! the most comfortable sneakers! Easy on and wide toe box! True to size! I forget i am wearing these wonderful sneakers! i! I own 2 pairs and looking forward to another pair!!

  In the past 2 years I have ordered $1,900.00 worth of women's athletic sneakers. I work on a hard concrete service a tarmac at the airport and on my family 8-10 hours a day, walking 8 miles. I thought these sneakers were going to help my feet instead they caused more aches than pains. Here I was thinking I'm old and my job was causing the pain. No it was Orthofeet causing my foot, hip, knee and back pain. It took me 2 years to realize the quality of the shoes have declined. Particularly The Coral stretch knit blue. I called back in August and told the customer service rep there was something wrong with these shoes. They wouldn't help me and said I was out of the 60 days return window. I didn't wear them for weeks after I received them and waited til it was shoe change time (500 miles) The front part of the shoe is completely flat and feel like a set of slippers instead of a sneaker. The middle arch part feels like it has a hard ball pushing up on my arch more than my previous pairs have and it's causing hip and knee pain. I took my tape measure out just to confirm my eyes were seeing the same thing. The sole infact is 1/8 smaller than my other ortho blue shoe. It appears Orthofeet is trying to pull a fast one on me as I called the customer service line and told them the same thing to justify my return. Maybe it's a quality control issue but all 3 of my coral stretch shoes in my order have the same poor-quality issue. Very thin shoes now. Not worth the $120.00 pair. The lady would not speak to me and said no sales final out of return window and wouldn't even make it right with a discount or something after I've spent over $1,900 worth of shoes with them. I went back to regular sneaker companies and found they are a way better quality, and I don't need ortho shoes I just needed to change the type of shoe. What a total online scam these shoes are.

  Orthofeet is the real deal. I've been ordering their quality shoes for some time and am never disappointed. Their return/exchange policy is top-drawer with never any hassles. I've been wearing their slippers for years and my wife and I love their new 'slip-on' shoes.
  
  We will never stop buying our shoes from Orthofeet.

  Orthofeet makes quality products. I have very bad Plantar Fasciitis on both feet. I have bought 5 pair of the hands free shoes as well a a pair of hands free slippers. My custom orthotics fit in perfectly and I have had no more issues since wearing only Orthofeet products. I recommend this company wholeheartedly.

  Dishonest company. They've sent me 3 pairs of Size 10 shoes, when I bought size 9.5 (and tried to exchange for the correct size). They put stickers over the size 10 label that said "9.5"
  
  The latest email from customer service said that they're 'correctly labeled.' Which I would agree, they are actually size 10 and are labeled as such. Stickers aren't magic. It's a shame they're so dishonest, the shoes themselves seem well made.
  
  Many companies sell only whole sizes. Orthofeet should just be honest and do the same.

  These boots are exceptionally comfortable, toasty warm and waterproof. The fit is great, I do have a problem with my feet, so comfort is utmost important. The price was right (on sale), and the shipping was free and fast. I have made other purchases from this company, and I am very happy
  with all of my purchases. These boots are stylin' too.

  Excellent boots and slippers. I have a spinal injury so it’s difficult to wear my old boots when I can’t move my toes. These boots are very easy to put on. Also very warm and comfortable. No issues whatsoever with shipping or a refund.

  I have purchased from Orthofeet ,overtime, Two pairs of shoes, one pair of slippers and 3 pairs of socks. I'm very pleased with all of the items, that I have had for at least 3 years. Actually amazed at how well the socks have lasted and washed. Shoes slippers socks still in great shape. I can attest to the honesty of all the info provided by the co .Delivery was very quick for each item purchased. I have had multiple problems with circulation and the feet .The products did not cure my problems but they have definitely helped. I would say , from my experience , excellent products by an excellent co. that deserves 5 stars.

  I have several pairs of shoes from Othofeet. I have hammer toes, foot drop and a few other problems. These are the only shoes I wear. They carry narrow shoes with a roomy toe box which is a plus. This company responds quickly to questions.
