No Hassle Return Policy
Returning items to EcoVenger.com is easy. You may return any unopened and unused products and accessories within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Simply return the item to us, shipping prepaid & using the most convenient shipping method available to you.
To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned unopened and unused, in their original condition at the time of sale, including the original packaging , labels, containers, documentation, etc. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is opened or not in its original condition - we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, EcoVenger.com reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.
EcoVenger.com will provide a full refund to you for returned items in their original condition, less any outgoing expedited shipping costs on your order. Some products include free shipping, so if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
How to Return an Item:
1.) All items that are not opened and used can be returned. Exceptions will be made if the item is defective in some way.2.) Please contact our customer service at order[at]ecoraiderusa[dot]com if you want to return an order. After shipping your returning package, please notify us the return package detail including order number, item to be returned and tracking number.
3.) For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier (such as UPS or FedEx) and that the shipment be insured in case the package is lost. Once we receive and process your return we will give you a refund less any outgoing expedited shipping costs on your order. Most refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your return. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your refund is processed.
