    I first contacted the merchant by phone in August 2022 to get a status update since I had put down a deposit of $1084 and was told to pay the balance upon receipt of the couch. I was told it would take about 14-16 weeks since the couch was coming from Vietnam. I called for the status for nearly 7 months, and same thing waiting another month and another month and the same shim-sham excuse one after the other. I got to the point where I just wanted my money back. During the 7 months, I was told the status was not available yet to wait another month (September). I went physically to the store for the second time requesting another status and was told it was in the container off the ship and on its way to the warehouse and I would get it by the end of the month in October 2022. I was told the same story for 7 months until I realized that I may never get my couch and maybe this was a shim-sham with the company. I finally checked Yelp and saw almost everyone that dealt with this furniture went through the same thing I did. On January 7, 2023 I went to the furniture store and asked for a refund because I was obviously being misled about the status of this couch. I spoke to someone by the name of Amy, which I later found out was the office manager and after she called me various vulgar names for no reason, said she would give me the refund on Monday, 1/9/2023 apparently because there was no one in the office available to process refunds. I did ask her to note on my receipt that I would be given a refund as she indicated on the original invoice. I asked her why she couldn't just do the refund and she stated she was not in charge of that. On Tuesday, I checked my account for the credit and I still had not seen it so I went back to the store to check out what was going on. I later found out that day by another worker that "Amy" is the only one who handles refunds and invoices and Amy herself told me she had processed the credit on 1/7/23. Still wtg for credit.

    I just received delivery from Melrays. I received a living room set and a kitchen table and chairs. My salesman ***** was so helpful. He took the time to help me lay out the sectional and I was even able to get a recliner and a chaise. They called me with updates. I received a 2 hours window for delivery and they came on time. I am very satisfied ************
