A1 towing is running an absolutely unprofessional environment. the staff is unfriendly, disrespectful, and rude. The employee sent to respond to a tow out front of my father's home on Weymouth Rd was disrespectful. My dad had already looked at the vehicle for the women who needed a tow and saw that the pulley was rigged in a way that if the vehicle was to be jump started it blow the entire drive system. When my dad noticed the tow driver trying to jump the car, he tried to let the worker know that it could not be started & he responded by telling my dad to mind his own business and gave him the finger. I called A1 towing to report the unprofessionalism of the employee the secretary who picked up the phone was not willing to listen to what I was saying. She stated she was getting me a supervisor, placed my call on mute & listened to my dad speaking with me then interrupted us with her input. Then transferred us to a supervisor where we had listened to hold music. The supervisor picked up, kept interrupting us while we tried to explain the situation, questioned our "certification" on the situation. Tried to back talk out of her employee's behavior. Before ending the call the supervisor had the audacity to ask us why were so concerned about a vehicle that wasn't ours after we had been the initial ones to help the owner of the vehicle they towed. They did state the call was recorded, the tow truck was also recording the whole process of getting the vehicle on the truck as well. Do not hesitate to ask for this when looking into the situation. They are like Dog the Bounty Hunter, all show and no glow.
