    Run away!!! The worst administration in history. To summarize, avoid going anywhere they are. They try to make you the loser in every way.

    THG,is not returning peoples security deposit,they dont want to return mine,because they argued that I didnt tell them with two months in advance,that I was living the place,they argued a breach of contract,but they dont say that they forced the people out by raising the rent 20 to 30 percent,I was paying 1200 and they raised to 1400,so I was ****** to stay because at that point I was living of government help,because I was suffering cancer, I was emailing them a month in advance looking to have a sublease but they didnt acept my request,so now they said that I just give them 9 days notice,wich is not true,so I warn people to be aware of this company,they both the apartments from someone else and raised the rent right away like crazy ,some people were charged dobl what they were paying,I didnt trust my deposit to them,so be aware of this people they are after your money for any reason,they will find the way to still your money.
