      ZERO stars!! Please read other reviews. The theme is the same. I am so sorry I did not read the reviews prior to setting up the move. I contacted ***************** which I found by a ****** search of "Best Movers" and arranged for the move only to find out that Trinity is a moving broker and not a moving company. All in One Moving was to move my household goods using 6 "experienced" packers and taking 3 days. The truck arrived late with the driver and his nephew and took 5 days. I had specifically requested the packers wear masks as my wife was going through Chemo and Radiation therapy for cancer which the driver refused. He was extremely rude, discourteous and demanding. They did not use padding blankets, would not crate antique glass pieces, reused old boxes and paper. There was an inordinate amount of damage from inexperienced and careless operators. I am retired military and have moved cross country, to Europe and to Asia, and have not had nearly the amount of damage as sustained in this move. Cost of the move was over estimated. I took pictures of the truck which documented a lesser amount of volume than was assessed by ******* and for which I was assured I would be reimbursed for the overpayment. Both Trinity and All in One refused to honor the verbal quotes made costing me 3K more than I should have paid. I had to pay the driver 1K in cash at delivery before he would start unloading otherwise he was going to keep the household goods on the truck and go back to the warehouse with it. I then had to pay $250. in cash for "Long Carry" to go from the road 60 feet to the front door of the single story house. All in All, the worst move ever from All in One Moving.

      First of all, the truck arrived late AND was in need of repair which they didnt tell me until my items were loaded. Then they revved the engine to prove that there was something wrong (something WAS wrong). They explained that because of this they would have to bring my baby grand piano and antique grandfather clock back to their warehouse rather than get on the road (to my out of state destination) as was promised. They unloaded my fragile items in the warehouse where they sat for many days until loading it onto another truck. This truck got stopped by the state police halfway into the 4 hour trip and had to turn back to **. They unloaded my fragile items yet again and loaded them onto a third truck the following day. Several per diem work hours/wages were lost waiting for the delivery that ended up arriving several more days later than was now promised. I wanted to speak to the owner. I left several messages with **** whose basic job it seems is to field phone calls for the owner, so the owner doesnt have to talk to unsatisfied customers. Finally I stopped trying after **** ignored my calls (she refused to give me the owners name or tell me how I could contact the owner directly). Can you imagine a business owner not wanting to speak to a customer? DONT USE THIS COMPANY UNKESS YOU LIKE BEING LIED TO. The moving guys were great, but the company is extremely shady and I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

      0 stars. Once we gave our deposit it was difficult to get a hold of anyone to make the final payment, the representative we were working with ceased contact and we were eventually assigned someone else after leaving many voicemails with no return calls. We were told our move would be on a Friday between 8 and 10am, at 10am we started calling to ask where they were and their response was "sorry the truck broke down we have to cancel and aim for tomorrow". This was not only last minute and if we didn't call they may have never called to tell us, but we had to be out of our apartment for the new tenants to move in by 5pm! When we told them that wouldn't work they said they would call us back to see what they can do. After waiting for a call back we ended up finding a moving company that came immediately and when we called back to tell them to not come they said they already have someone on the way. They never called to tell us that, as far as we were concerned we were canceled. They never called to communicate anything to us, ever! Once we told them we already booked someone else they said we canceled and refused to give us a refund because they made arrangements for the move to happen regardless of no communication and them canceling on us. How can a company cancel on you then hold you accountable? They falsely advertised as a moving company when they are just brokers who hire movers for moves, I didn't find that out till coming on this website, I wanted a moving company not a broker. The other moving company I was forced to book cost double of what they wanted to charge me. This company also told me broker's use a bait and switch tactic to gain business with low quotes then charge you much more which I see in reviews on here that this has happened often with this company. It was awful and stressful to have our move canceled last minute then be held accountable for making other arrangements. Fraud. Stay away from this company.

      I'd like to give 0 stars. All in One Movers is a scam. They quote you a price of 2k to 4K and once the truck is packed the **** is 13 thousand dollars!!! We are begging to have our furniture etc delivered asap. We are sleeping in an air mattress for 1 week. All in One said in 5 days we will get our stuff. Then they said could be 21 days. This company should be looked at by the BBB! AVOID All in One movers. They ****.

      I would give them a negative star if I could. They were by far the worst movers ever. We have moved several times and this was the worst experience ever. We originally contracted with Trinity and had an estimate of 21 k when they went through the house and said it was underestimated it went to 27k. We were very upset and then they brokered our job to "all in one". They told us it was 31k. The packers through things ( white glove packing service) in boxes randomly. We still can't find many items. I was told I'd only save $1500 if I packed and I wouldn't be insured. They had 7 guys pack and only one show up with a trailer truck to unload. I described the place. I even gave them the picture of the condo we were moving into. They had one very rude man show up to unpack. A few hours later another local guy showed up. The original guy from all in one was the rudest person ever. He yelled at me because I had steps. He screamed at me the entire unpack. He was yelling at the local guy the entire day. He threw all the boxes that my father and I were trying to unpack on the sidewalk and demanded cash !! He said if I didn't give him $300 he was leaving it there. I was so upset. I would NEVER recommend them. I would also find out if your move will be brokered. I called months one advance ( they said they would guarantee me quote. This was the most awful experience of my life!!!!

      The price went from ***** to ****** after the van was mostly loaded. When signing paperwork, I noticed that the delivery company title didn't match the company's title, nor did their DOT #s match. A very agitated worker at the other end of the phone could not duly account for the discrepancies, but assured me "All in One" would deliver. After writing all over the paperwork that "All in One" was the only company authorized to deliver, a company named, "ACIRFA" showed up at the other end, in an unmarked truck, 7 1/2 hours later than they announced in the morning. The delivery ******* seemed angry or torqued up on substances and refused to take furniture up the two steps inside. His assistant seemed fearful, hurried needlessly and ended up dumping 5 bins over the ramp's edge. There were lots of broken glass and ceramics. We begged him to bring in the hutch, which was a mistake. The ******* violently slammed into the wall and floor and knocked it out of alignment so the door won't open. All in ***** *************** refused to pay for the repairs, even for receipts that were submitted. This pathetic company won't take responsibility for anything. Please check to see if they have changed their name to ****************.

      THE ABSOLUTE WORSE MOVING COMPANY IN ******!!! This is a notice for everyone that's seeking a moving company. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ONE. They're *************** stole my MONEY along with my furniture. I moved from ********** to ******** and chose AIO based on reviews. Out of 30 ***************** I had on January 8th, I received 11 boxes & partial missing & damaged furniture a week later. February 8th will **** 4 weeks and I dont have my missing furniture. ******** ********* AND **** have continuously LIED me. If anyone wishes to know more info about my NIGHTMARE with AIO, I'll be happy to discuss.As soon as I get ALL my ***************** full of expensive clothing, shoes, handbags, my daughter's valuables, etc, & lastly an APOLOGY from the owner/management, I'll remove this REVIEW. Until then, I hope these guys GO OUT OF BUSINESS. Yes, I'm that ANGRY & FRUSTRATED!

      Beware: They are not credited by the Better Business Bureau and do not have the necessary public movers license required by ** law, even though they have the logos on their website and the contract. They are operating without the required license. I found out too late. As soon as they had my stuff in storage, everything changed. On June 2020 I hired the services of *************************. (they also operate as All in One Moving ******** **** to move and store my belongings. Due to the pandemic, I chose a no-contact option. They simply came to the apt., packed and stored everything. For the estimate and to have accountability of the no. items and their condition, I taped a video of all the items and shared it with the company. After the move, they called me and charged me over $300 on top of the estimate. The owner himself sent me a text threatening me and saying that I had to contact someone to take all my stuff out that same day, even though they knew I was in ***********. Since I felt that my stuff was held hostage, I made an arrangement with the owner and paid around 75% of the additional $300. Since then, I have always made my monthly payments on time. Now I wanted to take my stuff out because they do not allow you to go into the storage to take some of your belongings. It is an all-or-nothing situation, which I was not advised of and is not stated on the contract. I scheduled a move with them to move my stuff to another storage unit nearby (about a 15-minute drive). They then told me that their fares had gone up and that it would require a minimum of 4 hours (around $800). I disagreed with it and suggested hiring another company to take my stuff out of their storage, and they responded that I could but that they would still charge me at least an hour fee ($200) to get it out (again - not on the contract). I felt like I had and scheduled the move with them last Saturday, October 23, 2021. I had to travel from *********** for a weekend for this, but they did not show up at the new storage unit. They did not call. They are not answering my phone calls or emails. After some research, I realized that even though they have the BBB logo on their website and claim to be credited on the contract, they are not. They are not even licensed as movers by **********. When I called on Monday, October 25, 2021, they first told me that none of the movers showed up to work on Saturday, then they changed their version to the truck broke down. They did not give me a discount for my trouble or traveling expenses and kept saying that they could not take responsibility for deliveries not made on time (which is all they had to do, literally make the delivery on time). Again, I felt like my stuff was being held hostage. I explained that I would not fly again to be stood up. They told me that I could authorize a friend in ** and that the payment would be done remotely after the move. We rescheduled the move for today. My friend showed up and they were nothing but disrespectful to her. They did not let her see the stuff to see if there were any damages. They requested the payment to be done before they took anything out (which was NOT what we agreed on) and yelled at her to sign some papers when she was only trying to read before she could sign. And worst of all, the move took an hour and a half, and they charged me for 4 hours ($800). THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE.

      Lousy service. I'm still waiting for my furniture to arrive from ** to *******. That has been 8 days ago. I have no bed, clothing or personal hygiene supplies. They should be put out of business. They're sure fast to ask for money though! Moved me on a Friday and when I asked about delivery they stated on Monday or Tuesday, but they didn't say which Monday or Tuesday. That could be in 21 days! Very unprofessional!

      HORRIBLE COMPANY! Do not recommend any one use this company! I wish I could give it a negative star rating. They misled me on everything from the costs associated to the move, to my delivery date and time and the services that were included in the price. I was was told my things would be delivered the day of my move by 2:15pm. At 4:00pm I called to see if they were on their way and was told I would not be getting my things until the following Tuesday. This was on a Friday and I had barely more than the clothes on my back and not a chair to sit on. My friend had to intervene and threaten them with calling the news as I am a senior. They ended up delivering my belongings Saturday afternoon. I had to sleep on the floor that night.In addition, I had an estimate that said I owed $850.00 at the time of delivery. They ended up charging me almost $1,500 and had me pay in cash before they would unload the truck. Finally, they unloaded my belongings and left without saying they were done. I paid extra to have my things packed and unpacked. They did not unpack my belongings and left huge boxes for me to dispose of. They damaged my buffet when they ripped the tape off and told me to contact the company for a claim form. I spent thousands of dollars for this short move and was ripped off, lied to, taken advantage of and treated rudely. ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY _ BEWARE!!!!!
