    I am filing a complaint about Gol Moving because they use our business address as theirs. Gol Moving doesn't exist under the posted address. This business address belongs to Storage ********.

    I hired GOL Moving to move my belongings from ** to ******* in August. He quoted me $2,800. I paid a deposit of $1,000. Then he asked for another $500. which I paid. Then he said he needed a bigger truck to move my things. He said it would cost $2,500 more. I said I would pay him when the move was done. He said " If you don't pay everything, i won't move you." i said no. Please return my deposit. He refused.He was very rude to speak to.

    To Whom It May ********** April 25th, 2023, Gol Moving and Storage business owned by **********************************, and also operated by his wife ******, was hired to move some of my belongings from *****-******* to **************-******. ************************* promised me that his company was trustworthy and that my belongs would arrived in ****** in three months, or maximum six months, however today December 4th, 2023, my belongings have not arrived yet-almost eight months later.Once I contacted him, he treated to block my calls/messages. Then later, once my husband called, he said that my belongings were at a port in ******, but he could not say in which cityhe always has an excuse. I have contacted other people who made a comment on his companys Instagram profile, and it seems that I am not the only one who has not received their belongings, and once has asked for them, has been screamed at and etcPlease, his wife operates the business on English matters, and she should be the one contacted instead of the number ending in 12 given on the first page of this complaint.     Overseas moving date started at October 18-2022.This company is hosting my stuff in ****** after I started questioning when they will delivery.We start a discussion and the onwer said he will not delivered until I go to the court,he have not reason to do that because we already pay him and after that he charged me a $700 more ,also he threatened us all the time. I have no money to go to the court,so I need help to solve this.This company is not licensed to working but he still working now in ******* doing illegal work,I just realize after I got in trouble. He used a company for shipping my stuff overseas,maybe you guys can contact this company for more information. I know my stuff already arrived here and my belongings are hostage with him,he is name is *************************, he is living in ********* ** . I will upload all the documents also hes driver ,and hes new addres.     On ************************** from GOL Moving came to my house in ********, ** to pick up 4 boxes that were to be sent to sister's home in ******. I paid $1420 in cash to GOL Moving.The boxes have not yet been delivered. When I have inquired with the ***** office about the delivery, where they were to be sent from, I was told the company opened up 1 of the boxes to consolidate packaging into 3 boxes. This was done without my permission. There was no explanation as to the status of my boxes. When I called again, the company informed me they wanted an additional $200 to insure delivery for 2 boxes without any explanation of the status of the original 4 boxes.I would like to get all the packages delivered or I would like a full refund of $1420 for the 4 original boxes.
