              In all of my 40 years on this Earth by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced they were quick to take my money for a dryer and promised me a date to come out they canceled that date and promised another date which was the 31st of August only to not reply and give me a cancellation without my consent or discussing anything with me I finally got a hold of customer service who was very rude to me however they sent and installer out only to have the wrong dryer and I was promised by a supervisor by the name of **** that someone would be out today to correct that mistaken into all my dryer not only did **** not return any of my calls or call back no one showed up and they kept the date at the 15th of September which I never agreed to breaking their promise for the third time I was on hold for over 4 hours totaling a day and I missed a complete day of work due to their lack of communication their unwillingness to help me I would not recommend this company to anyone and I am pursuing legal action

              Customer paid ***** for a tech visit to check out a dryer that was not heating. Tech was there on 8/29/23 the same day customer came in and paid the ***** the tech went to house . Tech advised that her exhaust vent was dirty and needed to be cleaned out and that was why dryer was not heating due to all the clogged up Lint. Two days later, she called and said the dryer was still not heating to resend the tech . We sent out tech she was not home and she wanted the tech to return at 6pm that evening unfortunately tech work from 9-5 and the tech advised to call the store to reschedule. He works out on the field and the office handles the appointments . She then called and has a new appointment for Tuesday 9/5/23 from 1-4. Just want to say that the dryer was not purchased here and all we have done is checked out her dryer once. We have not done any service or repair to this dryer as of yet. She has only paid ***** so far for us to go check out dryer.
