    A&Z Immigration Service has proven to be highly unprofessional. Over a year ago, my husband and I paid them cash to file for a divorce, and since then, we've been given nothing but the runaround. Despite numerous attemptsvia phone calls, emails, and even an in-person visit on July 14, 2025Ive received no meaningful updates. I was told at that visit to have my mother check with the Paterson court and to call the agents personal number on Wednesday morning, but I never received a response.I even went to the Paterson courthouse myself, only to find out that nothing had been filed under our names. Its clear that Im not the only one struggling to get answers from them about pending cases. If a service is paid for, it should be handled with transparency and professionalismwhich has been completely lacking here.
