I, Bahodir Dustov, applied to the Jersey Truck Repair on December 28 last year to have my ***** 2015 truck repaired. they said they would fix the damaged part of the truck and fix it in 3 days. the broken part of my truck was the transmission and they said I had to pay for the part in advance to get it started, I resisted at first when I heard this but I had to repair the truck faster to get back to work and again theyI was given a warranty for 1 year for this part and the work they do. Then I had to pay $ **** in advance and paid on 01/05/22. with a Zelle. Than I waited for more than 2 months and during that time I had a hard time being unemployed. and finally on 03/04/22 the workshop called me and said my truck was fixed. I paid the rest of the payment of $ ***** and 55 cents by ********* certificate check to the workshop on 03/11/22. That time truck ODOMETER was ****** , and I started working with my truck. but unfortunately my truck broke down again on 04/04/22 in the ****** ** area, a part repaired by a Jersey truck repair shop. Then I called the Jersey Truck Repair and told them the situation, and the workshop staff calmed me down by telling me not to worry, that there was a warranty. Then I towed my truck to the ************************** workshop near ********** ** at the request of the Jersey truck repair. The Bruckners workshop, which investigated the situation, gave me a list of estimated damages ($ ********). And I reported this to Jersey truck repair on(04/07/22). And then the Jersey Truck Repair Workshop changed ************* degrees. When I called, they didn't answer, for various reasons, they still hasn't helped me. I have warranty I think they must fix my truck. In the meantime, I lost a lot of time and my ***** truck. I wish you could solve this problem
