I bought a car from this place called mark's auto repair on December 12/2021 for the price $17.00 Gmc Acadia 2018 salvage i put $7.000 down payment in cash remaining balance $10.000 plus taxes and interest .He changed **** of sale that I put down payment $2000 only and remaining balance $**** only .and the first one for $17000 he rep the **** of sale put in trash can I ask him why he said don't worry about it I'll give you different one so you have to pay lots of taxes i said i want the real price of **** sales so picked the one from trash i can I have it he said drive the for 30 days or **** mile if have any issues Pring it I'll fix for free i said ok so take it to my maicnck and he check it he said need some repairs i take the car back to auto dealer he said buy the parts I'll reimburse he keep it saying come that and different days at end he told me 30 days over i can't help you find someone one else I have to fix it for safety reasons I find some one so mark's auto repair scam me did not fix my car he always saying I'm not making payments he is going to take me car .I have proof I'm making the payment every month he asks to pay in cash to wave interest he didn't him and weagreed price will be $12.000 i put $7000 and making monthly payments $500 paid $2500 plus part he sopst to pay me he not replying to text messages or phone calls I'm asking BBB help
