    Terrible would be a generous way to describe this company I purchased an interlock kit from GenInterlock.com .. Upon purchase I was quickly and efficiently sent an order confirmation. That was the last time anything went " right " .. I came to find out the Panel that we were working with, was not the correct panel for the ordered interlock. Upon finding out, I reached out to GenInterlock, requesting to cancel my order as it was no longer needed. Instead of accepting my return request, the owner proceeded to ask what type of panel we were working with - in attempt to keep the sale. I advised at that point that we unfortunately found the one we needed elsewhere, and were no longer in need of his services.. To that, I receive a response of " Thats what I thought... you just wanted a cheaper one**** Good luck with inspections if you get them. " and .. " you never purchased from us in the past and had no intention of ever buying from us.. First thing I checked was history and your excuse was BS which I knew.. lies lies lies... " How is that any way to respond to a customer simply trying to cancel an order? Almost seems mentally unstable and it definitely steered me away from ever returning. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
