            I shipped a package with The UPS Store #**** (a franchise of ***** Mullica Hill ** on Friday 7/15/2023, tracking number 1ZRV68784207932761 with a declared value of $3900.*** says that the shipping should have been $14; The UPS Store #**** charged me $16.92 which I consider to be a fairly reasonable (although high) mark up. However, *** says that the charge for $3900 worth of insurance should have been $50 - The UPS Store #**** charged me $124.85 which is NOT a reasonable markup and some might even say this amount is fraudulently too high. Using The UPS Store #****'s OWN markup for the shipping charges: $16.92/$14 times $50 would be only $60.43, which is what they should have charged me instead of $124.85.Therefore, I demand a refund of $124.85-$60.43 = $64.42.

            For more than a year I have tried to use this location and have been met with nothing but abuse, discourteousness and outright rudeness! Untrained, uneducated and lack of common-sense/manners is how I describe The UPS Store in ************ **********! Drive the 8+ miles or so to ********* ********** to get great service! Too many bad things have happened to list in this review! Trust me! ...you don't want to do any business at this store!
